Don’t worry – we have Touch-Free SMARTPACKAGE Lockers that will store your packages until you are ready to pick them up, any time, 24/7.
When is trash pickup?
Valet Trash collects every day starting at 8 PM except Fridays, Saturdays, and major holidays. Any service delays will be communicated via email, text, and our SMARTHUB resident portal.
Where is the dog park?
Our dog park is shared with our sister property silverbrooke and is located near building 17 past the yellow bollards near building 13
